The house is now sold much below half price. because we have lost interest and had frustrations due to the large burglary in the resort in 2014.
The project and the general development in Brazil has since the beginning in 2006 been turbulent and after the burglary stands the house without furniture package, appliances and air conditioning, etc.

The house is the best maintained house in the whole project with freshly painted woodwork on the terrace and with monthly cleaning / inspection of a local friend from the city.
We have the title deed to the house, which will be sold to a new owner without furniture.
Buyer must in addition to the purchase price bear all locally expenses to acquire the transfer of the deed.
The price in 2006 incl. furniture package was € 112,000 + costs for the deed.
