In Maracajaú are a small supermarket and two small grocers, and a few private homes which are selling a small selection of beverages and small necessities. Furthermore, there is a small shop with some pharmacy items and everything for personal hygiene and ice cream. The Handy Craft shop is closed and for sale, so next year there may be something else or a private residence there. From year to year there aren’t the same small shops and with 2000 inhabitants, and few overnight tourists, they are probably not needed. |
