             Construction of the resort of Porto dos Corais has been through several delays and is currently expected to be fully completed

             during 2012. The first phase of houses R, S and T is finished in 2009 and delivery has started.  A, B and C houses are continually

             finish during 2010, after which power addresses to further development and completion of the D apartments. The last phase of

             construction is the building of 5 blocks E-I and the completion of the entire infrastructure with roads and recreational area.

A houses

A houses are the 20 housing closest to the beach and

they all has an unobstructed view from the roof terrace,

of the approx 200 meters to the ocean and the intermediate uninhabited area. A houses are 140 m2 divided on two

floors, where the ground floor with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms is the dwelling and the roof terrace is one big open space for outdoor life.
A houses have sliding door from living room to the parking area and entrance to the kitchen from the large recreational area, but no direct view to the other dwellings.

On the roof terrace, which is covered in half, is an outdoor kitchen and a toilet.
