When the dream of a holiday home on the other side of the world turns into reality

             Construction of the resort of Porto dos Corais has been through several delays and is currently expected to be fully completed

             during 2012. The first phase of houses R, S and T is finished in 2009 and delivery has started.  A, B and C houses are continually

             finish during 2010, after which power addresses to further development and completion of the D apartments. The last phase of

             construction is the building of 5 blocks E-I and the completion of the entire infrastructure with roads and recreational area.

D flats

D flats are located in 12 low buildings, each consisting of

4 ground and 4 first floor apartments. The apartments,

which is 69 m2 has two bedrooms with air conditioning, combined kitchen and living room and a large terrace or balcony. There is one bathroom located between the two rooms, of which one has a door to the terrace or balcony.

D flats are located in the middle of the resort and everyone, regardless of location, has view to one of the recreational areas and is thus one of the types of dwellings situated in

the center of social life, without a car park outside the door.
